The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes taught at Clarks University of Martial Arts are some of the best you’ll find in the Northwest BJJ scene! As an affiliate school under Professor Megaton Dias, Professor Ryan Clark teaches Jiu Jitsu in Bend and has been instrumental in the growth of Jiu Jitsu in Oregon. He has trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to fighters for the UFC and Bellator, he has helped produce Multiple World and National Champions and he is still an active competitor. Every class is taught by Professor Ryan Clark who is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu certified by the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF).
At our Jiu Jitsu classes you will quickly learn how to safely and effectively escape positions on the ground, how to get back up to your feet, how to hold positions and how to apply safely apply chokes and joint manipulations within weeks of training!
You’ll also be getting one of the best workouts on the planet, which incorporates cardio conditioning, strength/resistance training and stretching, as well as mental training and discipline.
